WHO ARE TREATMENTS FOR? All treatments are for Ladies and are available by appointment only, tailored for adults aged 18 and over.

CAN I MAKE A BOOKING ONLINE? An appointment can be booked online 24/7. A fee of 50% (or 100% in some cases) is needed to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day. Bookings are only confirmed once the fee has been received. Each appointment requires its own booking fee.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO AMEND AN APPOINTMENT? We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to amend or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less notice will be charged in full.

CAN I STILL RECEIVE TREATMENTS IF I AM PREGNANT? Treatments at Tranquillity Zone are not available during pregnancy. We recommend seeking therapists specifically trained in pregnancy care to ensure your safety and well-being.

SHOULD I MENTION I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION? Please let us know of any health conditions, allergies, or medications at the time of booking, and update us if anything changes before your treatment. This ensures your therapist can safely adapt your session to your needs.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE? Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, with the full cost still charged.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE? On-site parking is free and available for all clients.
